I was amazed by the stunning rooms, although being close to the elevator and ice machine was a bit inconvenient. The hotel's northern side room location provided a sense of exclusivity. The service was top-notch, going out of their way to offer free shuttle rides and promptly addressing any concerns. The location on the quiet Missouri River was relaxing and safe, offering a perfect retreat. The dining experience was delightful, with a variety of options that more than made up for any minor issues. The facilities were well-kept and enjoyable, ensuring a pleasant stay overall.
